Medical certificates

We offer medical certificates as part of the services we provide. All medical certificate requests will require a summary of your medical records, preferably from your GP.

Our service will include a GP consult, physical examination and or ECG depending on the certificate required. 

In some instances, additional investigations might be required such as chest x-rays, which will be offered as an additional cost.

We would normally require a medical summary from your GP. The consultation will normally last about 15minutes. Please attend with the form to be filled.

Whether you're going on holiday, or for a business trip, ensure you are fit to fly. Book an appointment with a GP who can declare you fit to fly.

We are able to issue sick notes, letters to indicate fitness to return to work.

Book an appointment if you require a medical certificate to engage in any sporting activity including running, climbing, swimming. boxing, martial arts and extreme sport events including sky diving, parachuting and bungee jumping. This list is not exhaustive, feel free to contact us.
